What data we collect
Sparkle Careers uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or collect personal data. Cloudflare Web Analytics records:
- Page views and referrer information (which pages you visit and where you came from)
- Anonymized visitor counts (how many people visit the site, aggregated without identifying individuals)
- Device type and browser (e.g. "mobile Safari" vs "desktop Chrome", used for performance optimization)
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare does not set tracking cookies or persistent identifiers.
What we don't do
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party trackers
- We do not run display advertising or retargeting ads
- We do not collect email addresses or operate a newsletter (there are no email signups on this site)
- We do not sell or share visitor data with anyone
- We do not use cookies (the cookie banner you see is a transparency notice about Cloudflare Web Analytics, which itself does not use cookies)
Contact form data
If you email hello@sparklecareers.co.uk, we store your email address and message content only for the purpose of responding to your query. We do not add you to mailing lists or use your contact details for marketing. Correspondence is retained for up to 12 months then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to any personal data we hold about you (likely only email correspondence, if any)
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
